Pablo and Enrique

Being separated from one or both parents, no matter what the circumstances are, is hard on any child. On top of that, however, being separated from siblings can make the whole ordeal of being placed into foster care utterly traumatizing.

Pablo and Enrique were brothers placed in the care of the Foster Care program at Casa Central. They were lucky enough to be adopted by a loving couple who was unable to have their own children. When the couple realized that the two bothers had five other siblings, they vowed to help the siblings stay together. After a very long struggle, the couple was able to adopt six out of the seven children and the family moved together to a nice home in Florida.

Many of the children are now teenagers and young adults and are doing very well. Because of the support and determination of staff and the boundless love of the foster parents, the children were able to remain together and be part of a loving and caring family.
