Every year, Casa Central conducts an agency-wide survey to assess employee satisfaction. Through this process, we hope to get a better understanding of how our employees feel about their work and respond to our employees' suggestions for improvement. Our ultimate goal and desire is for employees to feel inspired, challenged and supported by their daily work.
