The Child Development program serves low-income families, providing early childhood development programming for children, ages 2 to 5. The program operates three site-based centers. All centers offer bilingual, full-day Head Start/IDHS child care year-round and provide support to parents by increasing their child development knowledge, and assuring that their child is well taken care of so that they can participate in full-time work or educational advancement training.
