Foster Grandparents Program

The Foster Grandparents program realizes the value of intergenerational activities. It uses the invaluable qualities of insight, compassion, wisdom, and caring that accompany age by providing the young children in Casa Central's after school and day care programs the opportunity to interact with our senior volunteers. Casa Central's foster grandparents not only provide emotional support, but also share valuable experiences and traditions. In return, they receive an infusion of energy from their association with the much younger generation.
