Casa Central is pleased to introduce Nilda La Luz as the agency’s interim president and CEO.
Nilda, who has been with Casa Central for more than 25 years, assumed her current role at the start of the new year, succeeding Ann R. Alvarez, former president and CEO of Casa Central, who retired in December 2015 after 26 years of service to the agency and to our community.
In the fall of 2015 Nilda was named Executive Vice President, she led the agency in organization, quality, and performance from 2006-2014. Nilda has a Master’s in Human Service Administration from Spertus College of Judaica and a Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Nilda will serve as chief executive until the Board of Directors has identified a new president.
