Representatives from various organizations will be on-site providing FREE health screenings, informational workshops, resources, and raffle and giveaways while promoting awareness of certain health concerns and general wellness.
Produce boxes will also be provided courtesy of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.
Vaccination Care Van brought to you by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and Jewel Osco Pharmacy will be providing FREE Pfizer vaccinations for anyone 12 years old and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
