Nilda has been with Casa Central for 25 years, working with parents and children first as a Case Manager, and later as a Licensing/Recruitment and Training Specialist. She has worked previously as the Director of the Casa Central West Town/Logan Square Senior Satellite Site, administering and developing programming consistent with participants’ needs, and was promoted to Director of Organizational Quality and Performance after serving as Quality Manager since 2006.
In the fall of 2015 Nilda was named Executive Vice President, after having led the organization in quality performance.
“Casa Central continuously provides me with the opportunity to learn and grow. The agency’s commitment to provide quality services has made it a remarkable organization to come to work on a daily basis. This is a place where I know am making contributions that positively impact our participants and the communities we serve,” she said.
Nilda, her husband, and their two children enjoy showing Chicago to their friends and family through boat tours and walks by the lakefront and through downtown.
