Department / Program: La Posada: Interim Housing for Homeless Families
Reports to: Team Supervisor II
Job Summary:
Answers phones assist with recruitment and walk-ins and help maintain rental subsidies system. Under direct supervisor of the Team Supervisor II, performs data entry to maintain computer documents for reporting purposes for La Posada. Maintains records, files and tracks compliance to plan. Assist in the intake process.

Position Title: Activities Coordinator (PT)

Job Summary:
Plans, organizes, supervises and coordinates a broad spectrum of program activities for the Adult Wellness Center.
Education/Experience:
Must possess an associate degree (AA) in human services or related field. Recreational therapist or a qualified Social Worker preferred. One year of experience in recreational programs. Demonstrated experience in working with older adults or other underserved population.

Position Title: Program Director

Reports to: Deputy Director of Family & Community Programs
Job Summary:
Oversees and administrates the coordination of services for youth with partnering agencies, vendors, service providers and Casa Central Social Service Network. Provides direction and leadership to the Y.O.U. Program, which consists of Youth Services for youth ages 12-15 and 16-18, under the direction of the Deputy Director of Family and Community Services.

Job Summary:
Perform or assist clients in their homes with personal care, essential shopping or errands, routine housekeeping skills/tasks, home maintenance and repairs; teaching/performing of meal planning and preparation; laundry; assisting with self-administered medication; individual must have the ability to lift 25 pounds or more and climb up and down the stairs (i.e. laundry bags, assist clients by lifting them if they fall or need assistance).
Education/Experience:
HS Diploma/GED or one (1) year of homecare direct service or related work. Must participate in pre-training or have experience in homecare related services.
Language Skills:
MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish fluency).
