Noelia Roldán
Winner of 2007 Richard Scofield Award for Excellence in School Age Programming

Noelia Roldán, assistant director of the School Age Program, is the 2007 recipient of the Richard Scofield Award for excellence in school age programming.

Now in her sixth year with Casa Central, Noelia is very involved in each of the six classrooms that make up the School Age Program. She plans field trips, creates lesson plan binders, and helps facilitate events throughout the year.

“Teens always come by to say hello and tell Noelia about the changes they have made in their lives, in part because of the influence and love for them,” said Megan Kissell, School Age Program director.

The Illinois After School Network presents the Scofield Award each year. Noelia is the second winner from Casa Central, following Adam Alonso 2005.
