Diana Bautista
Director of Human Resources
Diana joined Casa Central as Director of Human Resources in 2007. She has an Associate of Arts degree from Harold Washington College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern Illinois University. Prior to joining the agency she served as the Director of Human Resources at Covenant Methodist Senior Services.
Diana enjoys making a difference behind the scenes at Casa Central, hiring a diverse group of people who are uniquely talented and helping to enhance their skills through the comprehensive trainings offered by the Human Resources Department. A Chicago native, Diana was raised in Puerto Rico. She enjoys Chicago’s architecture and lakefront with her husband and three children.
