Nilda La Luz

Casa Central is pleased to introduce Nilda La Luz as the agency's Chief Operating Officer. Nilda joined Casa Central in 1990 and worked in the child welfare program for 15 years. Thereafter, she was promoted as the Director of Casa Central’s West Town/Logan Square Senior Satellite Center. For over nine years, she served as the Director of Organizational Quality and Performance.
Nilda now serves in the capacity as the agency’s Chief Operating Officer. She is tasked with overseeing the quality service delivery of programs, best practice, and the day to day administrative and operational functions of the agency which includes, Human Resources, Information Technology, Food Services, mitigating areas of risk, and the execution of the agency’s strategic plan to direct efforts to advance the organization’s mission and objectives. Nilda has a B.A. degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a M.S. degree in Human Service Administration from Spertus College of Judaica.
